Yayasan Mitra Sriwijaya is a Christian social foundation devoted to education, healthcare, elder and child welfare, and humanitarian relief across the communities of Banyuasin and beyond.
Registered as a legally recognized Indonesian foundation (Yayasan), Mitra Sriwijaya carries out social and religious work across formal and informal channels — from early-childhood education to elder care, from disaster response to church planting.
We take our name from Sriwijaya, the ancient maritime kingdom of South Sumatra — a namesake we hold as a reminder to serve our region with the same spirit of connection and generosity.
To provide accessible education, healthcare, and welfare support to underserved communities, while nurturing Christian faith and character in the people we serve.
A South Sumatra where every family has access to education, care in times of need, and a community of faith to belong to.
Playgroups, early-childhood (PAUD), primary through secondary schools, and vocational training centers.
Hospitals, clinics, and laboratories offering accessible medical care to the wider community.
Orphanages, elder care homes, and shelters providing a safe home for those without one.
Emergency aid to disaster survivors, refugees, and families facing hardship or homelessness.
Establishing places of worship, Christian education, and community outreach programs.
Poverty alleviation, consumer protection, and environmental stewardship initiatives.
Founded and operated by the foundation, our theological college trains pastors and ministry leaders for churches across South Sumatra. In January 2026, the college inaugurated its leadership for the 2026–2030 term in Banyuasin.
